Event Services

Need drinks for an event? We offer a variety of services for your event needs, be it barrels of iced down drinks for a family reunion or for a company picnic. 

• You can buy drinks by the case (24 drinks per case) at discount. Not sure how many cases you need? Let us know how many people you expect and we can give you an estimate. Please note that a minimum purchase is required.
• Need your drinks ice cold? Drink barrels are available.
• Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance.

If you represent a charitable non-profit organization and would like to request a donation of drinks for an upcoming event, please read our following procedure for requesting donations. Please note that due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot grant all requests. 

• To request a donation, please fill out our donation form and fax it back to us. The donation form may be downloaded here. Please email the completed form to maderite@made-rite.net or fax it to (903) 236-9743.
• We request a minimum of two weeks lead time, preferably 30 days. All donation requests must be in writing.
• Once you have submitted your request, our management will review and approve or disapprove.
• Processing time is at least a week, and we will notify all approved donations.
• We request that our donations directly support the communities within our service area.
